Colette Grand Café, which opened in 2014, was located at the base of the Thompson Hotel Toronto. The elegant space was divided into four areas: Parisian-inspired bakery café, library lounge bar, dining room and terrace. It featured a menu of French favourites, impeccable service, extensive wine list and popular Sunday brunch. GEI negotiated a deal with Colette to take over the space, facilitating a successful opening, launch and lease arrangement through to the ultimate sale of the hotel, and the Colette lease as part of that transaction.
